Clean peeling off

·    Proprietary peeling method using adhesive rollers without any air-blow minimizes the generation of particle contamination from the PCB.

·     An optional HEPA-filtered down-draft air flow available to further reduce contamination.

Simplified set-up

·     Does not require any set-up between different board sizes and thickness.

·     Mispeeled boards are stored in the NG board stacker up to 4 panels.

·      Ultrasonic sensor detects peeled film.

 
Applicable to ultra thin boards

·     The knuried roller movable to side ensures the film is peeled off easier.

·     Holding the board’s leading edge with a mechanical chuck prevents the typical problem of thin boards being rolled into the adhesive rollers.

             ·        Close-centered rollers in the conveyor provide more stable board transfer.
