ADTEC Semi-Automatic Exposure System (ADEX600P) 

The ADEX600P is semi-automatic exposure system used for pattern imaging of printed circuit board, was designed and manufactured to meet requirement for high profuct quality, high yield ratio, running stability, quick set-up, user operability, and low running costs; all neccessary components for the successful production of high value added boards.

This system employs the same proprietary alignment system used in ADTEC Engineering's automatic system, therefore ensuring accurate alignment while providing the functionality of a system ideal for the production of small quantity lots.

Features:-

1. Glass Mask Application

In order to provide the accuracy and stability needed when manufacturing high density boards, this system is compatible with glass mask. Glass mask provide more size stability while transmitting higher amounts of UV energy to the board. These factors are very important when making photo vias in the build-up board dielectric layers.

2. Thin Board Application

The ADEX600P is designed and manufactured to exposure boards(include flex boards) as thin as 0.05mm.

3. Alignment accuracy

ADTEC Engineering developed its state-of-the-art alignment technology while manufacturing semi-conductor inspection equipment. Therefore, high speed alignment with high accuracy is available in all ADTEC Engineering products.

4.Cleanliness

In addition to being covered in stainless steel, filters are used to filter air entering the exposure chamber from top. An air blow also used to control the cleanliness of the system.

5. Operability and stability

These system include many features including touch panels and a comprehensive error message table that enable operators to run the system in an effecient manner while reducing the need for maintenance personnel involvement. Up to one thousand (1000) different part numbers can be stored in memory, making it possible to completely set-up a new job in about three (3) minutes.
