Double Sided Simultaneous Exposure System (ADEX2200P) 

ADEX2200P is an automatic exposure system, developed specifically for inner layer process. A significant improvement in productivity has been achieved by exposing both side simultaneously.

Top and bottom artwork film are automatically aligned to each other by precise image processing system.

Features
High productivity

·    High throughput over 270 panels/hour (4.5 panels/min) is possible by reduced time for image processing and board transfer.

Applicable to thin board

·     The exposure can be provided to the board sizes up to 559x635mm (22x25inch) including thin boards down to 0.05mm and flexible substrate.

New control system

·    By integrating the image processor into the control system, operability and maintainability have been improved.

Film expansion/shrinkage-proof

·    Owing to A/W film scale change restraining function, dimensionally control board production is possible.

Improvement of contact

·     Original contact method makes quick and stable contact possible.
