TDK Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) Thin Films
TDK diamond-like carbon (DLC) thin films feature extremely smooth film surfaces, detect-free film without any pin holes, and strong adhesion to the base surface, achieved through film-forming devices specially developed by TDK.
The film formation processing take place at room temperature, so base material selection is not limited as with previous films.
